How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly on our website by selecting your desired item, choosing your size, and clicking "Add to Cart." Then proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery details.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible to request cancellation.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your order through the courier’s website.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us on WhatsApp to initiate an exchange.

How much is the shipping fee?

We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 on all orders across Pakistan.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days after confirmation.

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.

Who bears the delivery cost for returns or exchanges?

Customers are responsible for the delivery charges when sending items back for exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
