10 Days Exchange & Return Policy
Customers may request an exchange or return within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Cases

The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete

The product is unused, in original packaging, with tags, labels, and protective stickers intact

The incorrect size was delivered

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Service Department for processing.

Courier charges and any exchange-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases where no exchange or alternative solution is possible.

All online payments are received in PKR, and any approved refund will be processed in PKR only.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

International Orders Policy
