10 Days Exchange & Return Policy

Customers may request an exchange or return within 10 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Cases

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with tags, labels, and protective stickers intact

  • The incorrect size was delivered


Exchange Policy

  • Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Service Department for processing.

  • Courier charges and any exchange-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Online purchases can be exchanged at our physical store.

  • Sale articles are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • This policy applies only to orders delivered within Pakistan.

Processing Time

  • Exchange/Return requests are processed within 5–7 working days after receipt.

  • During peak or sale periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.


Refund Policy

  • Rangrez Online does not offer refunds as a standard practice.

  • Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases where no exchange or alternative solution is possible.

  • All online payments are received in PKR, and any approved refund will be processed in PKR only.

  • Customers are responsible for currency exchange rate differences, if any.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing time is 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method.


International Orders Policy

  • Currently, Rangrez Online does not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

  • All international orders go through strict quality control checks before dispatch.

  • If an order is refused at delivery, Rangrez Online is not obligated to refund, return, or compensate.

  • In rare cases where an exchange is approved:

    • Customers must ship the product back to our Lahore operations facility

    • Return and shipping charges are borne by the customer

    • Products will be inspected before any resolution is provided

  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable


International Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for all international shipping charges.

  • If courier charges are revised after order placement, customers must pay the updated amount.

  • Any custom duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Rangrez Online is not liable for customs delays or additional charges.

  • Customers are advised to check local import regulations before placing an order.
